Vicki was introduced to Pickleball in 2017 just as the paint on the permanent lines dried at Memorial Park. New friendships and the commitment to learning a team sport sparked her passion for pickleball. Her hobbies were biking, running, flying, and learning the guitar, but now her priority is playing pickleball! She’s playing on a league team and serves on the board as secretary and chairs the Member Services Committee. Vicki has been self-employed in the computerized embroidery industry since 1989.  Her daughter, Linden, was born in Santa Monica and loves pickleball too! Her new life partner, Todd, an energetic ragdoll cat, is two years old and loves their road trips to New Mexico. On most weekends you can find her at Memorial Park orienting newcomers to the sport as a volunteer Ambassador for SMPC.
